The personal information collected depends on your contact and ONLY what you share directly through contacting Balanced & Blissed, but may include name, address, email address, mobile / home phone number data necessary to deliver an adequate and safe service. Any card data for purchases is held by third party payment processors under GDPR regulations and is encrypted and secure, as these payment processors specialise in the secure online capture and processing of monetary transactions.

If you are working directly with Balanced & Blissed through coaching, consultancy, products or any services, then the information collected and stored will vary depending upon the work. It may include Health Screening and Lifestyle Screening or Measurement, Assessments, Wellbeing Data, Medical Data, Programming and any other information that is relevant to the safe delivery and instruction of the aforementioned.

Security Precautions In Place

When personal information is shared to Balanced & Blissed, whether through our website or through direct work online or in person - steps are taken to ensure that this information is stored and treated securely. Any sensitive information (such as credit or debit card details) is encrypted and protected. When you are on a secure page, a lock icon should appear on your web browser.

You are responsible for keeping any passwords secure and confidential on password protected areas that you sign up too, and it is advised not to share this password with anyone.

For personal information given as a result of direct work with Balanced & Blissed, such as attending events, classes, coaching, consultancy or any other services (in person or online) extra steps are taken for the secure storage and transit of such information. All paperwork is scanned and stored in a secure server and digital safe space (which is fully GDPR compliant), with the originals being securely shredded. If it has to be stored or transported in between the collecting of data and then the subsequent scanning and shredding, it is kept in a lockable bag on person at all times.

Personal data is kept for a maximum of 7 years AFTER your last treatment with Balanced & Blissed for legal compliance, after which this will destroyed / deleted in FULL. Names/Contact Numbers and Emails are stored on a company mobile phone, fully encrypted with a password, face and /or thumbprint access.
