Travel & Location Information
The Balanced & Blissed retreat space is located in Whitfield in Kent. Most of my in person work takes place there. When working mobile I like to keep things practical, whilst bringing with me the holistic coaching or healing vibes to your home or office. Therefore, for any mobile visits I will need suitable parking, close to the location entrance, ideally the treatment space will be clean, quiet, private, warm and have the room to accomodate a moving therapist, couch etc. And if there are stairs, then a working lift will be essential as I don't travel lightly! Travel coverage includes East Kent. Please make an enquiry if you are unsure as to whether your location is covered (or if it requires extra fees).

Holistic Massage For Ultimate Performance & Restoration
Sports & Remedial Massage Therapy
Taking a holistic approach to Sports/Remedial therapy which aims to get your body moving better and in less pain (and aids in the recovery and prevention of injuries). Can be beneficial for a wide range of conditions, including fibromyalgia, headaches, insomnia, muscular pain, joint inflammation, and muscle tension. I can also help with conditions like repetitive strain, TMJ, sciatica, and stress-related muscular tension.

The Retreat - Relax, Unwind & INDULGE
The Retreat Is A Holistic Mind, Body & Face Treatment, where tensions are eased and mind restored. A curated experience designed to ease tensions, restore balance, and leave you glowing.
1.5hr booking time consists of:
~ 60 minutes of full body massage and release work.
~ 30 minutes of facial massage and zone therapy: Relaxing and rejuvenating with Neal’s Yard Remedies Organics products.

A Gentle Note
Clients must complete the Client Screening Form for ALL services and treatments, prior to their first appointment. This is sent automatically via email once you have confirmed your booking. Please ensure you check your inbox and junk folders and complete this prior to attending for your treatment. If there are any issues please get in touch with [email protected].
If you are unsure about treatment suitability or have a current issue or injury and are curious as to suitability, please book in for a FREE 15 minute online consultation so we can discuss this further. If you require an urgent appointment or cannot find a suitable time on the booking site, please give me a text or call on +44 7857 822 845.
We believe pain isn’t best resolved with more pain, so you will not find us prodding, poking and punishing your pain away in our massage sessions, you’ll feel challenge and deepness and the release that comes with the body trusting itself again. As a LEVEL 4 sports and remedial massage therapist we can treat and/or aim to correct common patterns of dysfunction and pre diagnosed injuries. Through conducting subjective and objective assessments in your treatment time, we aim to ease pain, increase mobility, help to prevent and manage injuries and support soft tissue repair.
We work with allied health professionals to ensure your treatment is suitable, appropriate and effective - and may ask for GP or other qualified medical professional referral / clearance prior to a treatment taking place. If in doubt, please get in touch before booking an appointment or book yourself in for an online free consultation first
DISCLAIMER: All booking timings include any relevant consultations that are required to take place for the effectiveness of any treatments. If you are unable to complete the Client Screening Form prior to the appointment, this will also need to be completed within the treatment time. Please book in for a free online consultation prior to your appointment if you feel this would benefit you! If you arrive late to your appointment, whilst we will accommodate where we can - this may involve a reduction in your treatment time with the full fee will still be payable. If we have to start late due to delays from us, then your full treatment time will be honoured. 48 cancellation notice is required for all bookings or full payment will be liable, subject to our bookings terms and conditions agreed upon at the time of booking.
